James Brown and Tower of Power will hunt you down if you get too funky with today's funk lick. It's actually a bass line that the guitar can double. It's great for guitar players to learn all they can about bass playing. It can really help you come up with better rhythm parts. Play this line with lots of "attitude" really punching the low G#, A, A#,and B in the 2nd measure. Jam Track #3 is custom made for today's lick. Give it a whack!
