The following bluegrass lick is based on the C major and A minor chords of the first phrase of the jam track. You start the lick on C (5th string/3rd fret) and slide on the 5th to 7th frets, then playing the phrase using the C major pentatonic scale pattern. Then ending of the phrase plays notes over the Am chord.
