This bluegrass lick starts on the C add9 chord, then G and back to C add9. The flatpicking pattern for this lick is trickier than the lick from Wednesday. First you pick a single note, then strum the middle two strings down (3rd & 4th) and strum up playing the 2nd and 3rd strings while holding fingering the C add9 chord.
