Today's lick is taken from the F# minor pentatonic scale, (F#, A, B, C#, E). You'll be playing a 4 note lick and repeating it. As you learn this lick, keep your 1st finger down the whole time. Start the lick with a down stroke and continue to alternate your picking throughout the lick. This will help you develop your speed and accuracy. Try slowing the lick down using the tempo control and make sure you can play right along with it. Increase the speed as your technique develops.
